A report library that spans every facility you run
Running two or three facilities usually means two or three spreadsheets. Ask the report library for a number across all of them, or just one, and get back the same totals either way.
The report library, across your book or one facility
More than 40 built-in reports — payment register, delinquent rentals, vacant units, length of stay, revenue by period, and the rest of the library — run over one facility or every facility you have access to at once, grouped so you can still see which number belongs to which facility.
Getting it out of the console
Export any of those reports as a CSV for your own spreadsheet or a formatted PDF to hand someone, with the same numbers the console showed on screen — not a second copy that can drift from it.
Whatever you run, it's a read on what happened inside the system: a payment collected some other way, or a number changed directly in your books, won't show up here until it's entered — this isn't a replacement for your accounting.
