Rent a unit without anyone at the counter
You shouldn't have to be in the office for someone to rent a unit. They pick a size, sign, and pay from their phone at 11pm — and you find out in the morning, with the gate code already issued.
What the tenant sees
Live availability for your facility, not a "call for pricing" placeholder. They choose a size, get a prorated quote for today's move-in date, e-sign the lease you set up — your own template, your own terms, rendered and frozen at the moment they sign — and pay by card. The unit is held while they finish, so two people can't sign for the same one.
What you see
The rental is already in your console when you open up: the lease, the signature with its timestamp and IP, the payment, and a gate code generated and assigned to that tenant the moment checkout completes. If your gate hardware is wired up, the code is ready to work before they get there; if it isn't yet, you at least have the code to hand them yourself instead of cutting one from scratch.
It won't write your lease. That's yours — the storefront runs whatever agreement template you've set up, and it's exactly those words the tenant signs.
